The measurements
Avery 5302 is a small tent card. Each card is 3.5 inches wide and 2 inches tall once folded, which means the flat panel on the sheet is 3.5 × 4 inches — the top half prints upside down so that it reads correctly when the card is folded and stood up on a table.

The margins follow from the grid rather than being printed on the box: two 3.5-inch columns come to 7 inches across an 8.5-inch sheet, leaving 0.75 inches either side, and two 4-inch rows come to 8 inches down an 11-inch sheet, leaving 1.5 inches top and bottom. Avery centres the stock, so the arithmetic and the perforations agree.
The mistake that ruins a packet
In the print dialog, look for Scale: 100%, or Actual size, or Page Scaling: None, depending on the program. If the only option is "Fit", turn it off rather than choosing a percentage.
Check on plain paper first
Print one sheet on ordinary paper, then hold it against a blank Avery sheet up to a window. The perforations should sit exactly on your card edges. Thirty seconds there saves the packet — and a packet is 40 sheets, so a misaligned run costs all 160 cards at once.
Feed the sheets the right way up
Avery sheets have a Sure Feed edge and print on one side only. Run a single test sheet with a pencil mark on one corner to learn which way your printer takes paper, rather than discovering it on sheet 40.
Where the real work is
The template is the easy half. The hard half is that a wedding with 160 guests means 160 names, each typed into the right cell, each matched to the right table — and then re-typed every time someone cancels, someone's plus-one changes, or table 7 gets rearranged. Word will not tell you that you have printed Sarah twice and left her sister out entirely.

How many sheets do I need?
One sheet per four guests. A 160-guest wedding is exactly one 40-sheet packet, with nothing spare — buy two if you expect to reprint.
Does 5302 work in an inkjet?
Yes. The stock is rated for both inkjet and laser printers.
Which other Avery templates match?

Can I print on both sides of the card?
You do not need to. The fold is what makes a tent card double-sided: the upper half of the panel prints upside down, so once folded it faces the person opposite.
What if my names are too long for the card?
A 3.5-inch card takes roughly 20 characters at a comfortable size. Anything longer has to shrink or wrap, which is worth checking before you commit a packet — TIKTAK does it automatically, shrinking the name and wrapping to a second line only when shrinking is not enough.
