Who we are

TIKTAK is a browser-based seating planner at tik-tak.online. For purchase questions, use your Lemon Squeezy order history (the receipt email also links there).

What we collect

• In the app: guest lists, tables, seating rules and exports stay in your browser storage on this device (localStorage). TIKTAK does not operate an app server or database that receives that content. There is no account.
• When you buy Pro: payment and licence fulfilment are handled by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). Their privacy policy applies to checkout. Licence keys may be validated from your browser against Lemon Squeezy’s Licence API.
• Analytics: marketing pages use GoatCounter, a cookieless page counter. It does not set tracking cookies and does not receive guest names or seating plans. The planner may record a few named product events (for example that someone opened the planner or tried an export) the same way when that counter is available — never the content of your plan.

What we do not do

We do not sell your guest list or seating plan. We do not require an account. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Exports (PDF, PNG, CSV, project files) are created on your device.

Data retention and deletion

Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes local plans and may remove a locally stored Pro unlock. Keep the licence code from your purchase email if you want to restore Pro on this or another device.
